We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 -days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@moonlightofeternity.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping and packaging costs related to returning or exchanging an item. We will not accept returns, Cash on Delivery (COD), or prepay for return shipping.
Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will email you to confirm receipt and will issue you a refund to your original method of payment. We will only refund the purchase price of the item. Shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are nonrefundable
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If a package has returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you for the correct address, and you will need to re-pay shipping and handling costs before we will send the package again.
If delivery is refused by the recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2-4 weeks internationally, and 2-3 weeks to North American (USA, Canada, Mexico).
Please note, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped.
